About ROL Remodeling FAQs
Most frequent questions and answers
ROL Remodeling describes its work as high-end custom remodeling, painting and detailed finish work. Its stated approach emphasizes craftsmanship and communication. Discuss the finish you want and the condition of the existing surfaces so the project scope reflects your expectations.
The company lists Venetian plaster, limewash, high-gloss finishes and Marmorino, along with skim coating and remodeling. These finishes differ in appearance and preparation needs. Ask which options suit your walls, lighting, maintenance expectations and intended use of the room.
Combined experience refers to experience contributed across team members. It is not the same as the number of years the company has operated. Ask the team about experience relevant to the specific finish or renovation you are considering.
Review the written scope, relevant work examples, payment terms and project responsibilities. Ask for current insurance and any licenses required for your location and work type. These documents should be verified for the project rather than assumed from a website description.
Contact ROL Remodeling with reference images, the room location, approximate wall dimensions and any known surface problems. Explain the color and texture you prefer. The team can discuss whether the requested finish is appropriate and what preparation should be evaluated.
